User Guide: Energy Monitoring Dashboard¶
Introduction¶
The Energy Monitoring Dashboard offers a detailed overview of energy consumption, production, and efficiency metrics. This tool empowers industrial users to track energy usage, analyze trends, and enhance operational efficiency.
Overview¶
The dashboard is divided into several sections that present both real-time and historical insights into energy consumption and efficiency.
Filters¶
Site: Select the industrial site for which you wish to view data.
Plant: Choose the specific plant within the selected site.
Date & Time: Specify the period for which data is displayed.
Key Metrics¶
Consumption (MWh): Displays total energy consumption measured in megawatt-hours.
Total Production (Ton): Shows the total production output in tons.
Specific Energy (kWh/ton): Indicates energy consumption per ton of production.
Consumption Trend Chart¶
This chart provides a graphical representation of energy consumption trends over time.
Data can be analyzed on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis, facilitating the identification of patterns and optimization of energy usage.
Production vs. Specific Energy Chart¶
This chart illustrates the relationship between production output and specific energy consumption.
Users can select time intervals: hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly, making it a valuable tool for assessing efficiency and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Functions¶
The functions section presents a tabular view that delivers detailed insights into energy consumption across various operational areas:
Function Name: Identifies the specific operational area.
Consumption (MWh): Displays energy usage for each function.
% of Total Consumption: Indicates the percentage of total energy consumed by each function.
Specific Energy (kWh/ton): Shows the efficiency of each function.
Additional Features¶
Pagination: Easily navigate through multiple data entries.
Export Functionality: Download data for further analysis.
